Bradford John (Brad) Faxon Jnr. born in Oceanport, New Jersey. Although not a great ball striker by professional standards, he has won eight PGA Tour titles and is considered one of the finest putters of all time, leading the PGA Tour putting statistics on three occasions, in 1996, 1999 and 2000. His 2000 season putts per GIR (greens in regulation) figure of 1.704 remains the PGA record to this day. He insists there is no 'secret' to his putting, just great belief, saying: "My only secret is confidence... I just try to hit every putt as if I've just made a million in a row!"
