Course Description An Alister McKenzie course (he also designed Augusta National). A challenging valley course described recently as a 'Golfing gem of Great Britain'.
Henry Cotton much admired the 16th, a sharp dog-leg with the river affecting play throughout, and the 16th is named after him.
Club Comment Stunning golf course, the ultimate hidden gem. Located down in the tame Valley, the course's wealth of natural features have ensured that it is almost original 100 years on. A roller coaster ride over ravines, gullies and escarpments provide a golf course that is quirky and fun. Five of the best par 3's you will play, a selection of risk and reward par 4's and a river which features on seven of the holes will supply a round to remember.
