Wood wins in Qatar with Bioflow Sport Twin

January 29, 2013

Chris Wood claimed the first victory of the 2013 season for Bioflow, a leading supplier of magnotherapy wrist products, at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters, making it two years in a row for Bioflow following Wood's fellow Bioflow ambassador Paul Lawrie’s victory at the event in 2012.

Wearing his white Bioflow Sport Twin, Wood remained focused on getting over the line and commented: "I knew it was going to be hard no matter how I played - winning on The European Tour is not easy. There’s an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders today. I feel like I can go on and win more.”

Richard Corsie MBE, Managing Director of Bioflow, commented: “We’re delighted for Chris on securing his maiden victory on the European Tour wearing our new Bioflow Sport Twin wristband. We seem to enjoy success at this event – with Paul Lawrie winning here in 2012 and handing us the first of our four wins last year. Let’s hope it’s the start of more wins for Team Bioflow in 2013.”

Wood was wearing the Bioflow Sport Twin, the next generation of Bioflow Sport wristbands, designed to complement an active lifestyle with a winning combination of patented magnet technology and a durable silicone, non-tearable wristband that is water resistant.

The Twin has been designed with a double silicone strap for greater freedom of movement and features dual magnet technology, with a patented Bioflow Central Reverse Polarity (CRP) magnet module and an additional relay magnet embedded in the strap. This powerful combination is designed to pull the magnetic field deep in to the wrist for maximum effect.

Magnetic therapy is complementary, non-invasive and 100% natural and the Bioflow Sport and Bioflow Sport Twin are the latest in a line of product innovations from the leading magnetic therapy company, designed specifically for the sports market.

Wood is part of Team Bioflow, which also counts Lee Westwood, Paul Lawrie, Thomas Aiken, John Daly, Simon Dyson, David Horsey and Christina Kim as ambassadors.
