March 16, 2011

FootJoyGlenmuir is bringing three superb new models to its popular Men's Luxury Shirts Collection for 2011 in a wide range of stunning colours and designs.

Over the years, Scotland-based Glenmuir has built an enviable reputation for supplying premium-quality golf shirts and this season's top-of-the-range portfolio introduces the new ‘Clunie’, ‘Foss’, ‘Tummel' products.

All are made from beautifully soft, mercerised combed cotton which gives a superior drape and feel for the golfer who demands the very best in natural materials.

Inspired by the subtle geometric designs worn by the victorious 2010 European Ryder Cup Team, 'Foss' is characterised by a fashionable yet understated diamond pattern down the right-hand side and with a more tailored sleeve design and self-fabric collar it's the perfect shirt for both on and off the course.

Destined to be an instant hit with fashion-conscious players, ‘Foss’ comes in three eye-catching colour schemes - Navy with Hot Pink and White trim; Peapod green with Winter White and Mango trim; and bright Kingfisher blue with Mercury and Yellow trim.

Shirts featuring neat horizontal stripes are an ever-popular choice among club golfers and distinctive colours and exceptional quality are to the fore with ‘Clunie’ and ‘Tummel’ shirts.

The 'Clunie' has an anti-curl rib collar and is designed with narrow stripes in three attractive colour schemes: Navy with Hot Pink stripes; Mango with Winter White stripes; and White with Kingfisher blue stripes.

Lovers of bright, summery shirts will be drawn instantly to 'Tummel'. In three colour options using vivid base colours of Hot Pink, Mango or Mercury, 'Tummel' uses widely spaced stripes in complementary colours to produce a genuine Summer classic.

For Spring/Summer 2011, Glenmuir has also expanded the range of its hugely-popular ‘Dublin’ and ‘Howth’ shirts, with 11 and 14 different colour schemes available respectively, more colours than ever before.

These superb combed cotton jersey shirts are always popular as crested garments for golf club and teams and with a massive colour and size range available, expect them to be an ever-present on the fairways this season.

All shirts are available in sizes S-XXL with an RRP of £43.

For Spring/Summer 2011 Glenmuir offers a fully-coordinating collection of clothes and accessories with three new and modern colour schemes: Hot Summer where bright pink combines with navy, white and stone; Tequila Sunrise, with stunning mango and peapod accent colours against white, khaki and black; and Cool Waves, where vibrant kingfisher blue sits alongside yellow, black, white and mercury.
