GolfBoard is the future - it's time to 'Surf the Earth'

3nd June, 2015

I have never had so much fun getting around a golf course, and I can't stress this statement enough! GolfBoard would be a fantastic activity in its own right but combine it with golf and you have one hell of a fun day on the course. Two sports in one!

There is a reason that GolfBoard was voted winner of the best new product award at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando in 2014, it is just that great of an idea.

I have no doubt GolfBoard will attract new golfers to the game like no product has done before, and that is a fantastic thing for golf. Bringing a different excitement to the game without changing golf's traditions will only increase the number of passionate players.

Powered by an environmentally friendly lithuim-ion battery, the GolfBoard is an easy-to-ride vehicle that adds a new level fun and excitement for golfers of all ages.

One of the major issues people have with golf today is the amount of time it takes, many just do not want to spend all day playing a sport when they have so much going on. The beauty of a GolfBoard is that it takes on average 2 hours and 37 minutes to complete a round, you could play 36 before lunch!

If you have ever been on a stakeboard, showboard, or surfboard, you will have a great idea of how the GolfBoard works. You use your body weight to turn and manoeuvre around the course allowing golfers to 'Surf the Earth'. It takes a short while to get use to the feeling but once you have mastered it there will be no stopping you. There are also three speed settings so you can go as slowly or fast as you want, well to an extent!

The GolfBoard is driven by gear boxes front and back, rather than unreliable chains and belts. This never before seen feature on a board insures safety, reliability and low to no maintenance.

It is controlled using either an ergonomically designed thumb throttle or wireless handheld remote, which allow the user to smoothly accelerate and decelerate, reverse direction, and power the GolfBoard on and off.

The GolfBoard is so simple to use and you can just get out on the course and have some serious fun. Make sure you give it a try this summer!
