Callaway- Design your own driver!
by Carly Cummins
June 01, 2012

If you're the sort of golfer who likes to stand out on the first tee with a club in their hands that no-one has ever seen before then you'll love the new udesign drivers by Callaway.

As the name suggests udesign literally allows you to pick the design of your Callaway RAZR Fit driver.

I had a go at designing a driver for fun on the easy-to-use design website and it was brilliant to see how different my driver could look.

You get to select your own colour for the clubhead and grip, as well as a myriad of shaft model and other custom configurations. Once you've finished your design you can send it to friends and contacts via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or email through a clever share function that lets them give their approval!

"Golf is already the most personalised sport there is in terms of custom equipment options, and our new udesign by Callaway platform brings personalisation to a new and exciting place," said Jeff Colton, SVP Global Brand and Product, Callaway Golf. "The opportunity to design your very own driver in the colours of your favourite team or whatever you happen to feel looks best has never been offered on a mass scale.  Our research shows that this level of personalisation and customisation is what golfers want, and we're excited to be the first Brand in golf to offer it."

The udesign driver is available in both mens and ladies, right and left-handed options with a range of loft and colour choices - the service costs £40.
