They say:
The Silhouette Golf Collection uses light stabilising technology (LST) that claims to harmonise even very strong light and counteracts the fluctuations produced by the rapid change from sunlight to shadow and prevents eye fatigue. High-tech titanium gives temples the greatest flexibility and the bridge the required strength. The material is also antiallergenic, and skin friendly. Furthermore the titanium is corrosion and temperature resistance. High-energy ultraviolet rays can cause permanent damage to the eyes and blue light can lead to irreversible photochemical reactions. Silhouette sunglasses give 100% UV protection and filter up to 93% of blue light. Polarised filters reduce glare with a sun protection factor equivalent of 60 to 70, if you compare sunglasses with sunscreens. And there is something nice for those who wear glasses: most of the Silhouette sunglasses are available with prescription lenses.

I say: What a change to find a pair of sunglasses that are both suitable for on and off the golf course. So many other golf sunglasses are just that, designed for the course but they really aren't stylish. I love the style options that Silhouette offer and I found a fantastic little style selector tool on the Silhouette website that basically allows you to upload an image of your face and then you can see what all the different sunglasses will look like on you.

The Silhouette Advent I'm wearing are incredibly lightweight and comfortable to wear. They look as stylish as a designer brand pair and they offer amazing tint against the light that makes it easier to see the golf ball and stops squinting. If you're in doubt go to the Silhouette website and look at how extensive the choice is yourself. I know plenty of lady golfers out there who have to wear prescription sunglasses that don't work for them on the golf course, well these ones certainly will.
