Ryder Cup 100 Day Countdown at Gleneagles

June 19, 2014

18th June marks exactly 100 days until the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles. One of golf's greatest competitions will be held on the resort's PGA Centenary Course this summer (23 - 28 September 2014). In preparation, the hotel has created an extensive range of exhilarating golf packages that will test any golfer. Offering the chance to play the finished PGA Centenary Course before the golfing greats of the US and Europe do battle, Gleneagles has an offer to suit every player; whether you are a leading pro or an enthusiastic beginner.

It's just the excuse you need to enjoy a wonderful overnight stay with breakfast AND play your dream 18 holes!

Golf and More includes an overnight stay in a luxury bedroom, the legendary Gleneagles breakfast and a round of golf per person on one of the three championship courses. Choose from The PGA Centenary Course, the host venue for The 2014 Ryder Cup, or the James Braid-designed King's and Queen's Courses.

Please note, The PGA Centenary Course will not be available to play between 15 August and 30 September 2014 on The Golf and More package

Despite hosting the Ryder Cup in September, the hotel is very much open as normal throughout the season with restricted residency only from 21 - 29 September 2014. Non-golfers can enjoy a range of country pursuits and leisure activities. The shooting and fishing schools offer clay target shooting and trout fishing, whilst the equestrian school provides coaching in all disciplines.
