Brandt Snedeker won the Tour Championship - and with it the $10m. FedEx Cup winner's bonus - by three shots from Justin Rose, with Luke Donald and Ryan Moore a shot further back. It was Snedeker's second victory of 2012 and fourth of his PGA Tour career, as well as his first when entering the final round with at least a share of the lead. Rory McIlroy finished tied for 10th at East Lake and claims the $3m. second place in the FedEx, with Tiger Woods, tied 8th in the Tour Championship, taking the $2m. third FedEx spot.
