The Major Championships

The first 50 years of Majors saw nothing but Scottish and English champions, both at home and in the US, but since 1910 Americans have dominated.

Players from beyond Europe and the US did not participate until after World War II, but since then have eclipsed Europe with 52 champions to Europe's 37.

Most Major Wins

Jack Nicklaus won 18, Tiger Woods has 14 so far. But who else has more than one?
