Following the suspension of play, the weather rapidly deteriorated and officials announced that play would remain suspended until at least 1 p.m. PT.
Officials also announced that when play resumes, all first-round scores will be reset. 10 groups had begun the first round at the time of the suspension. The last time a round was reset on the PGA TOUR was at the 2013 Dell Technologies Championship (third round).
