Shapes has introduced an innovative addition to the golf market with its shoe insert training system. Undoubtedly, it introduces a new dimension to golf training aids, promising a transformative experience for players seeking to improve balance and stability throughout their swing.

Shapes are composed of two 30-gram, 2.9mm thin shoe inserts with antibacterial, washable and skin-friendly properties that ensure hygiene and comfort with every wear. The product can be worn quite effortlessly above or below the shoe insole. When properly fitted, they provide support from the heel to just shy of the balls of the feet to deliver a snug and secure fit.

This approach intends to activate foot muscles and improve coordination among diverse muscle groups to enhance stability and balance during both walking and standing activities. Additionally, Shapes aims to "reduce foot fatigue during extended activities" using the insole’s spring function, which ‘stores energy during movement and releases it’.

Shapes, crafted to suit both on-course and off-course wear, offers a comfortable experience for daily use. The product quickly blends into everyday routines, becoming virtually unnoticeable after a brief period of wear. Additionally, the easy interchangeability between pairs of shoes enhances their convenience and practicality. Similarly, while on the golf course, they retain a discreet presence throughout your round, whilst still offering a sense of stability and security throughout each swing.
