Galvin Green has released the first part of its 2026 golf apparel collection, continuing the brand’s focus on technical performance, weather protection and responsible sourcing. The new range introduces updated designs across rainwear, lightweight layers and warm-weather pieces, with bold linear styling used throughout to reflect the precision and movement of the modern game.
At the centre of the launch is an expanded DRYVR™ rainwear platform, long regarded as a benchmark in waterproof golf clothing. For 2026, the range has been broadened and refined, with new silhouettes, colourways and fabric developments aimed at delivering dependable protection without restricting movement in challenging conditions.
The updated rainwear builds on a visual and technical direction seen in recent Galvin Green releases, including the Winning Green capsule collection launched ahead of the 2025 Masters, where colour and performance were brought together in a more seasonal context.
Head of Product Sofia Ask-Klason said:
“As with all garments we bring to market, every single element has a purpose and the 2026 Part One collection is no exception.
“We have introduced new long-lasting fabrics and a host of eye-catching colour stories throughout each layering category to take our clothing range to the next level and ensure all golfers feel comfortable in what they wear on the golf course.”

Golf rainwear crucial to Galvin Green’s 2026 apparel strategy
Advanced waterproof golf jackets designed for performance in all conditions
A key addition is the ARLO full-zip jacket, built using Pertex® Shield Stretch technology. The three-layer fabric is fully waterproof while offering a high level of stretch and breathability, a combination increasingly expected by competitive golfers. The design leans into clean, straight-line detailing, with bold colour pairings such as Crystal Blue/Navy and White/Red giving the jacket a modern, athletic look.
Sustainable materials and freedom of movement shape modern golf rainwear
Practical performance features remain central to the design. Shaped sleeves, a low-friction interior and repositioned seams are intended to reduce distraction during the swing, while adjustable elements allow for a more precise fit. The jacket is also constructed using PFAS-free materials, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to reducing environmental impact.
Lightweight golf apparel reflects changing demands of the modern game
Ultra-light windproof layers prioritise comfort and packability
Alongside its outerwear focus, the collection introduces a new ultra-lightweight layering option in the form of the LUIS short-sleeve INTERFACE-1™ jacket. At just 94 grams, it is the lightest windproof garment the brand has produced. Fully windproof and water resistant, the piece is designed to offer protection without bulk and can be packed down easily for storage during a round.
Performance golf clothing designed to move with the swing
The LUIS is built to provide unrestricted movement and a close-to-body feel, aligning with the growing demand for versatile layers that can be worn comfortably throughout changing conditions. Available in Royal Blue, Black and Navy, it represents a functional addition to the performance layering category.
Ask-Klason added:
“Thanks to its lightweight design, the LUIS offers a genuine ‘second skin’ sensation from both a fit and function perspective to the point where serious golfers won’t even notice they’re wearing it.
“Alongside our 100% waterproof rainwear products, we fully expect this to be a big hit this season.”
Elsewhere in the men’s range, new INSULA™ warming-effect midlayers introduce updated fabrics with a notably soft hand feel, while retaining breathability and stretch. Half-zip and crew-neck options provide flexible choices for cooler conditions, complemented by refreshed colour combinations across the collection.
Warm-weather apparel also sees expansion, with additions to the VENTIL8™ PLUS line-up. Lightweight trousers and shorts have been developed to offer mechanical stretch, high breathability and quick-drying performance, targeting comfort during play in hotter climates. Updated polo shirts continue the linear design theme, combining moisture-wicking properties with clean, contemporary styling.

Women’s golf apparel expands with performance-driven 2026 designs
Waterproof women’s golf clothing built for year-round play
The women’s collection follows a similar performance-led approach. The DRYVR™ rainwear range now includes multiple jacket styles across an extended size range, alongside two pant options. New waterproof pieces introduce fresh colour combinations while maintaining the same focus on stretch, breathability and full weather protection.
For broader context around Galvin Green’s long-term design philosophy and performance focus, a previous interview with former CEO Nicholai Stein offers insight into the thinking that has shaped much of the brand’s technical direction. Stein was succeeded by Martin Nilsson, who was appointed CEO in September 2025.
Lightweight outfits blend comfort, breathability and style
INSULA™ midlayers and VENTIL8™ PLUS garments also feature prominently in the women’s offering. Coordinated tops, skorts and shorts provide lightweight, breathable options for warm conditions, with UV protection built in. Additional trousers and skorts in neutral colourways are designed to pair easily across the range, offering versatility both on and off the course.
Overall, the first release of Galvin Green’s 2026 collection builds on the brand’s established strengths rather than redefining them. The emphasis remains on high-performance materials and functional design, with lighter constructions and bolder visual elements adding a modern edge. It is a collection aimed squarely at golfers who value comfort, mobility and reliability, regardless of the conditions.
