Brooks Koepka is set to tee it up at the FedEx Open de France this week and it marks his third start on the DP World Tour in as many weeks.
At the start of his professional career, the American played a lot of his golf on the European Tour, even winning the Turkish Open in 2014.
This grounding in Europe was a different approach compared to his fellow Americans. It worked wonders for him as he reeled of four majors between 2017 and 2019.
Since joining the PGA Tour full-time in 2015, Koepka has won five major championships and played on four Ryder Cup teams.

He wont be on Team USA for the Bethpage Black showdown following a dismal season on the LIV Golf League.
Can he break out of his malaise in France this week?
What has gone wrong for Brooks Koepka this year?
Across the 13 individual LIV Golf events during the 2025 season, Koepka finished inside the top ten just twice. This meant he ranked 31st in the standings come the end of the campaign.
The 35-year-old seemed to tailor his game for the major championships, reeling off five wins between 2017 and 2023. This included two US Open titles and three PGA Championships.
Since that victory at Oak Hill, however, his record in the game’s biggest events has been poor.

His best finish in a major since then was a T12 result at the US Open this year. This, remarkably, was the only made cut at the four biggest events in 2025.
As such, in a bid to regain some form, he teed it up at the Irish Open and BMW PGA Championship over the previous two weeks.
Unfortunately, he missed the cut on both occasions. Koepka looks a far cry from the player who once dominated the majors.
With a weakened field at Golf de Saint-Nom-La-Bretèche, this week represents an ideal chance for him to demonstrate his talents and challenge for the title.
This will be his first time playing the tournament. If the real Brooks Koepka turns up in Paris this week, the rest of the field will have plenty to fear.
Given his recent results, however, the chances of this happening are slim indeed.
