Jorge Campillo retains a two-shot lead heading into the weekend at the KLM Open after carding a 71 on Friday to reach 10-under.

“It was a solid round,” said the Spaniard. “Obviously it wasn’t even close to yesterday’s round but I played solid.
“OK off the tee, my irons were solid. I didn’t hit it as close as yesterday or make any of those mid-range putts but overall it was a good round.
“The course is playing a little tricky, the greens don’t have much grass on so it’s hard for the ball to roll good. So it’s a tricky golf course right now.
“I was trying to shoot under par. After a nine under it’s hard to play well the day after. So I was trying to have an under-par round, which I did, so I’m quite happy about it.”
Italy’s Renato Paratore produced a second 68 to move into second place at 8-under followed in third at 7-under by New Zealand’s Daniel Hellier who shot a 67.
England‘s Richard Armitage carded a 70 for a share of fourth place at 6-under alongside Spain‘s Adrian Otaegui (71) and Alejandro del Rey (71) and Sweden’s Marcus Kinhult (70).
