Cabot has released the first images of its much anticipated new golf course.
Set in the Highlands in Scotland and part of the Cabot Highlands luxury development, the first views of the Tom Doak designed course are now available since the grass has taken root.

The new course has been routed to embrace the natural drama and landscape of the land and is set to firmly live up to the name it has been given, Old Pretty.
There are many key features to this course but the immediate ones to note are a short par-three 17th hole; the criss-cross fairways of the opening and closing holes near the clubhouse; the dramatic vistas of the 10th hole and the positioning of the 14th hole to compliments the triangular inlet of the North Sea at The Moray Firth.

Tom Doak and architectural associate in this development, Clyde Johnson, have certainly ensured a course that blends seamlessly into its Highlands surroundings.
“We are so excited to be sharing this first glimpse of Old Petty,” said Ben Cowan-Dewar, CEO and co-founder of Cabot. “From the outset, our vision has been to honour the land and its rich history while crafting an unforgettable golf experience that adds to the reputation of Castle Stuart. Old Petty is a course that will surprise, challenge and inspire, true to the spirit of the Highlands.”

Cabot Highlands will offer a walking only playing experience on Old Pretty during the preview window, with tee times available in collaboration with bookings made on the Castle Stuart Course at Cabot Highlands.

Preview green fees are priced at £100, with the Castle Stuart Course priced at £330.
