PING will once again supply the European Solheim Cup Team with its official apparel when the 2026 contest takes place at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt in the Netherlands. The agreement marks the fourth straight edition of the competition in which Team Europe will compete wearing clothing from the brand. The partnership first began ahead of the 2021 event.
Over recent years PING has worked alongside the European setup to produce tournament clothing designed to match the demands of elite competition. The focus has been on combining technical fabrics with modern design to ensure players are equipped for the pressures and changing conditions that come with one of the biggest weeks in women’s golf.

A long standing connection between PING and the Solheim Cup
The relationship also reflects a deeper connection between the company and the event itself. The Solheim Cup carries the name of PING founders Karsten and Louise Solheim and has been linked with the brand since the inaugural contest in 1990. The biennial competition between Europe and the United States is one of the biggest events in women’s golf, and for readers unfamiliar with the format, a full guide to how the Solheim Cup works can be found here.
Supporting the future through the Junior Solheim Cup
Beyond the main competition PING also supports the next generation of players. The company supplies apparel to both the European and United States PING Junior Solheim Cup Teams and provides title sponsorship for the junior event staged immediately before the Solheim Cup.
Lisa Lovatt, Managing Director of PING Europe, commented:
“We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with the European Solheim Cup Team, having supported Europe’s best players with PING apparel since 2021. This event means a great deal to us, both professionally and personally, and it’s an honour to once again be part of such a prestigious occasion.
“With the Solheim Cup taking place at Bernardus Golf, there is a real sense of anticipation. It’s a world-class venue and a fitting stage for the very best players in the game. We’re excited to see Team Europe compete in apparel that has been carefully designed to support them in every condition.”

European Solheim Cup Apparel designed for elite competition
Design work on the team clothing is already underway. PING’s design team is collaborating closely with the European leadership group to create a collection that balances style and performance while also reflecting the identity of the team.
Fiona Reilly, Global Creative Director for PING, added:
“Designing team apparel for the Solheim Cup is always incredibly special and we’re working closely with Anna (European Team Captain) to ensure the team’s apparel truly reflects what the players need to look, feel and play their best.
“Every detail is being carefully considered – from fabric choice and trims to the layering options needed for every weather condition. The result is to deliver a collection that not only looks strong and unified but is engineered to perform across every scenario the players may face during the week.”
Captain Anna Nordqvist involved in European Solheim Cup Apparel design
European captain Anna Nordqvist has also played a direct role in shaping the look of the team uniforms. Working alongside vice-captain Mel Reid and the PING design group the captain has helped guide the creative direction for the players’ on-course wardrobe.
European Solheim Cup Captain, Anna Nordqvist, said:
“I am very excited that PING is supplying the European Team for a fourth consecutive Solheim Cup. Being part of the design process of the team apparel, alongside my Vice Captain Mel Reid and the PING team, has been one of my favourite captain duties so far.
“We couldn’t be happier and more excited with how the outfits have turned out. I can’t wait to see everyone’s reactions when they receive their uniform in September and I look forward to the team proudly wearing it on the course at Bernardus Golf.”

Limited edition Solheim Cup merchandise for fans
Alongside the team clothing PING plans to release a limited-edition range of Solheim Cup themed accessories as well as a full replica team kit for supporters who want to share in the occasion.
