The Clutch Pro Tour will stage its final Tier 1 event of 2026 at Slaley Hall in Northumberland from September 30 to October 2.

The three-day Tour Championship, presented by Rapsodo, offers a £50,000 prize fund and double Order of Merit points. Those points will affect the final standings and the contest for places on the HotelPlanner Tour.

Entries are open through the Clutch app, with the tournament scheduled from Wednesday to Friday on Slaley Hall’s Hunting Course in Hexham, near Newcastle.

Double points raise the stakes

The Tour Championship is the last event on the published 2026 Tier 1 schedule, following the Caddy Club Championship at Ingrebourne Links. Its double-points allocation gives players more scope to move up or down the Order of Merit than at a standard event.

The tour has described Slaley Hall as the final opportunity for players to improve their rankings. The Order of Merit has previously provided a route into the HotelPlanner Tour, with the leading three players securing playing privileges after the 2025 season.

Callum Farr led those standings following three victories and received category 12a status for the 2026 HotelPlanner Tour. David Langley finished second, while James Sugrue took third place and also earned promotion, according to the European Tour’s report.

Entry determined after Ingrebourne Links

Eligibility for Slaley Hall is based on the top 100 players in the Tier 1 Order of Merit after the Ingrebourne Links tournament.

Any Tier 1 member can register through the app, but the final entry cut will comprise the highest-ranked 100 players among those who have entered by the deadline. The official tournament listing says entry fees will be charged automatically three weeks before the event.

That system means registering does not guarantee a place in the field. A player’s position after Ingrebourne Links will determine whether the entry is accepted.

The Hunting Course at Slaley Hall

The Hunting Course will play to 7,069 yards and a par of 72 for the Tour Championship. Its front nine measures 3,387 yards, while the back nine stretches to 3,682 yards.

The Northumberland venue will host the final Tier 1 competition more than five weeks after Ingrebourne Links, giving eligible players time to prepare for the last rankings event of the campaign. Registration remains available through the Clutch app.
