Souillac early booking offers best-value golf in Europe

January 10, 2019

Golfers can take advantage of the most affordable golf in Europe when staying at Souillac Golf & Country Club this spring and summer – with seven-night unlimited golf breaks available from just €175 per person.

Souillac's breathtaking location in France's beautiful Dordogne Valley is matched by the unbeatable value the resort is offering to couples, families and groups over the coming months as part of its 2019 early booking offer, with accommodation prices starting from only €25 per person per night and UK flights (with Ryanair) from £43 per person.

Available until May 1, players can enjoy savings of up to 20 per cent and as much golf as they like on the resort's 18-hole course – regarded as one of the best in the region - when booking a self-catering package on selected dates between April and November, with seven nights for a party of four (excluding flights) on offer from €700.

All breaks include accommodation in one of the Souillac's spacious and well-equipped two, three and four-bedroom lodges, located in nine hamlets with each benefitting from its own swimming pool, with breakfast and half-board packages also available.

In addition, guests can enjoy complimentary access to the venue's wide variety of other sports and leisure facilities including a driving range, nine swimming pools, tennis, table tennis, boules and a children's play area, while Souillac's charming bar and brasserie ‘Restaurant du Golf' is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the fairways.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Dordogne Valley in 60 hectares of magnificent countryside, Souillac Golf & Country Club is the ideal destination to combine a relaxing golfing break with the opportunity to discover the many historic, cultural and gastronomic delights of the region.

As well as golf, hiking, kayaking, climbing, mountain-biking and horse-riding are just some of the activities that can be enjoyed nearby, while the resort provides the gateway for visitors to discover some of the Dordogne Valley's other delights including UNESCO World Heritage sites, pre-historic caves, medieval chateaux and its world-famous foie gras, cheeses and wines.

And getting to Souillac couldn't be easier with direct flights from the UK to five airports – including Brive, just a 15-minute drive away – as well as being easily accessed by the motorway straight from Calais.
