Play was suspended due to wind conditions at 12:12 p.m. PT at Monterey Peninsula Country Club and at 12:20 p.m. at the other two golf courses (Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course). Play was called for the day at 2:45 p.m. PT and is scheduled to resume at 8 a.m. PT. The final round is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. PT and will finish on Monday.
The low 65 and ties will compete in the final round. Low 60 professionals (and ties) will play the final round and players finishing 61-65 (and ties) are credited with a made cut and receive official money and FedExCup points, despite not playing the final round.
The pro-am portion of the event has been shortened to 54 holes and amateurs are not required to finish the third round; only professionals will compete in the final round.

Peter Malnati held the lead at 12-under when play was suspended. He was 6-under for the day with six holes left to play.
“I got to play eight holes before the weather got bad. So that was nice. Pebble’s, it’s hard if you’re out of position, but it’s gettable if you’re playing well. I’ve been playing pretty well this week, which is nice. Then made the turn and made three birdies into the wind on 1, 2, 3. Which 1 and 2 are kind of protected, so that’s nice.
“I don’t know, I mean, golf’s so hard and it’s been so hard for me, but it‘s clicking a little bit this week and it feels really good.”
Overnight leader Kurt Kitayama is tied in fourth place at 9-under alongside first-round leader Hank Lebioda.
