October 29 - November 01
Port Royal Golf Course, Southampton, Bermuda
$4,000,000
Round 1, Round 3, Round 4

Ryan Armour and Wyndham Clark are tied for the lead at 8-under 134 after a tricky day at Port Royal where players had to contend with 30mph gusts.

โ€œToday was really hard,โ€ said Armour. โ€œWe didn't know whether to say get up, get down, what to tell it. We couldn't judge the distance very well and we had some balls going sideways out there and my ball doesn't usually go sideways. And it would just get up in the wind and it would go 20 yards further left or right than you wanted it to.โ€

Armour made four birdies for a 1-under 70 while Clark, playing later in the day, reached 10-under but lost ground due to late bogeys and had to settle for a 68.

โ€œWe all were hitting 6- and 5-irons into a par 3 from 160, and I missed about a 5-footer,โ€ said Clark. "It's bound to happen. If I didn't bogey those, it would be one of the best rounds of my career. But it's pretty hard to play a round with 30 mph wind and not make any bogeys. I'm not looking at those last two bogeys. I'm up there in contention, and that's all that matters.โ€

The surprise of the day came from Tour veteran Fred Funk, playing alongside his son Taylor, who made two birdies in his last three holes and made the cut with a 72. He joins Sam Snead, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson as the only players 64 or older the make the cut on Tour.

โ€œThis guy is pretty damn good for an old guy,โ€ said Taylor. โ€œHe fought back and he made the cut, and not many 64-year-olds can do that in the world. It was fun to watch him play.โ€ Funk and his son played the first two rounds together inTaylor's second career Tour start but Fred's 650th tournament.

โ€œIt's something you dream about or think about,โ€ said Fred Funk. โ€œI don't know if you can actually know whether it's really going to happen, the probability of it happening, but it did and it's really special.โ€

Kiradech Aphibarnrat played the round of the day with a bogey-free 66.
