LIV Golf yesterday announced details for the 2022 LIV Golf Invitational Series Team Championship, taking place October 28-30 at Trump National Doral Golf Club in Miami. The iconic Blue Monster course will stage the seeded three-day, knock-out tournament featuring both match play and stroke play, delivering the excitement of head-to-head competition as 12 teams compete for a historic $50 million purse.

Tickets go on sale this Thursday, September 29 at 9 am ET at LIVGolf.com, where grounds passes are just $49 and are all-inclusive of the fan activities on site, including daily live music. Three-day grounds passes are also available for $115 which will offer up-close access to all of the action, from each day’s shotgun start to live entertainment to Sunday’s trophy ceremony and post-round celebration. Single-day and three-day hospitality packages for the popular Club 54 and Gallery Club experiences are also available.

"This has been a transformative year for golf and we're just getting warmed up. After only five LIV Golf events, the sport has entered a new era -- one designed to be daring and different," said LIV Golf CEO and Commissioner Greg Norman. "The Invitational Series finale, played at the fan-favorite Blue Monster at Doral, is befitting our game-changing model that delivers an innovative, one-of-a-kind experience for players and fans. I'm looking forward to this monumental event that will harness the beloved traits of team golf and head-to-head rivalries in a historic setting."

For the LIV Golf Invitational Series Team Standings, points are awarded to teams based on their finish at each tournament, with values ranging from 32 points (first place) to 0 (9th-12th). At the conclusion of this season’s seventh event, taking place October 14-16 at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club in Jeddah, final team standings determine seeds 1-12 for the Team Championship event in Miami.
