Hailed as the ‘2024 Golf Resort of the Year — Mediterranean’ by IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators), the picturesque Costa Navarino doesn’t just deliver on quality, but also within its commitment to sustainable development.

Working in harmony with Messinia’s natural environment and local communities, the resort uses approximately 8% of the development budget to create the necessary infrastructure for a sustainable operation.

And now, the sensational Costa Navarino has unveiled the entry details for this year’s Aegean Messinia Pro-Am – the grand finale to the destination’s annual golf calendar.

Players and guests can choose from a wide range of five and seven-night tournament options, which include accommodation at the five-star The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, the opportunity to participate in three themed social events, a list of leisure activities and a fine selection of gastronomy experiences.

The main sponsor, Aegean, is also offering special airline ticket conditions for participants and their companions travelling from abroad. Amateurs will receive a free golf bag carriage while the participating professionals can fly for free (except for taxes).

Last year’s Messinia Pro-Am welcomed competitors from a whopping 23 different countries worldwide, with PGA of Great Britain & Ireland professional, Liam Bond reigning supreme in the 54-hole event at 13-under-par.

Supported by the Hellenic Golf Federation and the PGA of Greece, the Confederation of Professional Golf-sanctioned event will feature a maximum of 70 teams and a handsome prize fund of €70,000.

Each team will comprise one professional and three amateurs, offering the opportunity to compete for an array of superb individual and team prizes.

The four-day event will also showcase a full and engaging programme of social events, with the Pro-Am being brought to its conclusion with an exquisite gala dinner and prize-giving ceremony.
