New Scottish Golf Course: An exciting first glimpse

Luxury Golf developer, Cabot, builds on its legacy of excellence in golf by adding a stunning new course to its Cabot Highlands experience. The first images of the course are an exciting glimpse as to what will be on offer.

Cabot has released the first images of its much anticipated new golf course.

Set in the Highlands in Scotland and part of the Cabot Highlands luxury development, the first views of the Tom Doak designed course are now available since the grass has taken root.

First look at the Cabot Highlands new course

The new course has been routed to embrace the natural drama and landscape of the land and is set to firmly live up to the name it has been given, Old Pretty.

There are many key features to this course but the immediate ones to note are a short par-three 17th hole; the criss-cross fairways of the opening and closing holes near the clubhouse; the dramatic vistas of the 10th hole and the positioning of the 14th hole to compliments the triangular inlet of the North Sea at The Moray Firth.

The course has been brought to life by Tom Doak, alongside associate, Clyde Johnson

Tom Doak and architectural associate in this development, Clyde Johnson, have certainly ensured a course that blends seamlessly into its Highlands surroundings.

The new Cabot Highlands new course aptly named, Old Pretty

Cabot Highlands will offer a walking only playing experience on Old Pretty during the preview window, with tee times available in collaboration with bookings made on the Castle Stuart Course at Cabot Highlands.

Nestling in the contours of the Moray Firth, the new course is available to play during a special preview window

Preview green fees are priced at £100, with the Castle Stuart Course priced at £330.
