Scottie Scheffler and Will Zalatoris came second at 5-under, Hideki Matsuyama was fourth at 3-under, Collin Morikawa and Rory McIlroy finished fifth at 2-under.
Fitzpatrick moves up to number 10 from 28 this week, Scheffler stays at number 1, Zalatoris up five places to number 8, Matsuyama up two to number 5, Morikawa down one to 21 and McIlroy up one to number 3.
