February 25-28
Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, Orlando, Florida
$2,000,000
Round 1, Round 2, Round 4

Nelly Korda started her third round of the Gainbridge LPGA on Saturday a shot behind leader Lydia Ko and shot 4-under 68 to take a one-shot lead at 13-under.

"Any time you can get ahead of the pack going into Sunday is a positive," said Korda. "There are some good players there, so it'll take good golf to win."

Patty Tavatanakit made eight birdies, four of the them in the last five holes, and a single bogey to close with a 66 and lies in second place.

"I was like, 'Oh, I'm probably still up there.' So I didn't think too much about it until 15. I saw that I am two back," said Tavatanakit. "I was like, 'OK, let's see what I can do here.' Not going to lie, coming down the stretch, those putts were a little shaky."

Two shots behind lie Angel Yin (65), Jin Young Ko (66) and Lydia Ko, who held the lead over the first two rounds but made two bogeys and a double bogey at the par-4 12th to close with a 72.

Playing in a one-off appearance on her home course for the first time since retiring twelve years ago, Annika Sorenstam just made the cut and struggled on Saturday.

She made a single birdie at the 14th and bogeyed eight holes to close with a 79, twenty two shots behind Korda.

"We put every effort into every single shot," she said. "Just wasn't meant to be today. Another day tomorrow. I got two bonus days this week, so that's a good thing."

"Normally, I hit the ball straight, and today was everything but straight. Maybe I have to tweak my swing a little bit โ€” not really sure what to tweak at the moment. We have to figure that out. But I need to hit it straight to have a chance at all to shoot under par again. Because that would be fun to leave it on a high note."
