Galvin Green has introduced CONCEPT: Modern Roots, a six-piece Autumn/Winter 2026 collection inspired by forests and designed for golf or everyday wear.
The range uses Jungle Green as its visual thread, pairing it with Navy or Blue Slate across waterproof outerwear, lighter layers and two polo shirts. Black also appears in the broader palette and contrasting details.
Modern Roots follows the collection’s “Play Anywhere. Wear Everywhere.” approach, with contemporary silhouettes for golf and everyday wear. It arrives shortly after the second AW26 instalment of THE LAB, which used a bolder Storm Blue, Navy and White identity across four technical garments.
Galvin Green Global Brand Director Sofia Ask Klason said:
“CONCEPT: Modern Roots is about bringing together two worlds that naturally complement each other – the raw, understated character of nature and the energy of modern life.
“We took inspiration from the forest and translated that into the colours, textures and graphic elements throughout the collection, while keeping the versatility and performance that are fundamental to every Galvin Green product. We wanted these pieces to feel at home on the golf course, but just as relevant when you’re away from it.”

AUSTIN Leads the Outerwear Range
The AUSTIN is the collection’s main winter jacket, combining fully waterproof and windproof construction with lightweight Thermore® padding. Its laminated hood and Pertex® Shield Stretch fabric are designed to provide weather protection without restricting the swing.
Part of Galvin Green’s DRYVR™ category, the jacket uses a recycled polyester face fabric and recycled padding. The Pertex platform has appeared across several recent releases, including the brand’s 2024 waterproof range.
The LEGEND shacket offers a more casual alternative. It combines the button-down styling of an overshirt with the windproof performance of an INTERFACE-1™ jacket, using recycled nylon with zip pockets and a structured cut.
For milder weather, the LAMAR vest uses recycled nylon and Thermore® recycled polyester padding to provide warmth around the torso. The vest has a printed lining and contrasting details.

Streetwear Details Meet Technical Fabrics
The DANBY hooded sweatshirt carries the collection’s strongest streetwear influence. Its jacquard knit pattern is joined by a fleece interior, high neck and fitted hood, while the breathable INSULA™ construction uses 100% recycled polyester. The fabric provides warmth, stretch and quick-drying performance.
Two VENTIL8™ PLUS polos complete the collection. The MARSH has a stonewashed aerial print based on golf landscapes viewed from above, with contrasting ribbed trims and high-stretch fabric that supplies breathability, UV protection and quick-drying performance.
The long-sleeved MURDOCH uses black ribbing at the collar and cuffs. Its lightweight construction allows it to work as a standalone shirt or beneath outerwear in cooler conditions.
AUSTIN, LEGEND, LAMAR and MARSH come in Jungle Green or Navy. DANBY and MURDOCH are offered in Jungle Green or Blue Slate. The garments can also be paired with PEDRO shorts and NICK trousers in Navy or Sand.
Recycled materials feature throughout Modern Roots, alongside bluesign®-approved fabrics and garments made without the intentional use of PFAS. That approach continues the material policy used in Galvin Green’s broader Great Wide Open collection for 2026.

The CONCEPT: Modern Roots collection is available from selected stockists today and ONLINE.
