Dane Rasmus Højgaard fired a bogey-free 63 to reach 13-under and win the Omega European Masters.

European Masters 2021 R4

This is his third title at the age of 20 following the 2020 Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open and the 2020 ISPS Handa UK Championship.

"At the moment it's a bit surreal to be fair. I didn't expect to be in this position but it's amazing.

European Masters 2021 R4

"I'm very proud. With some of the players who have won it, it's very special. It's an amazing place and I can't wait to come back again.

Højgaard held the clubhouse lead by one shot after a final birdie at the 18th and could only wait for the final three groups to finish.

European Masters 2021 R4

Bernd Wiesberger of Austria had a chance to beat him but found the water and closed with a double bogey for a 65, finishing at 12-under.

"I knew I had to make a birdie (at the 18th) to have a chance to maybe get in the play-off, so we were just trying to set up a chance," said Højgaard. "I made a birdie and then we had a bit of a strange ending. It was crazy.

"That's by far the most nervous I've been the whole day (over the putt at the 18th). But it's so nice to have the crowds back to cheer you on. That was a great moment."

European Masters 2021 R4

Swede Henrik Stenson finished in solo third place one shot further behind after a final round 63.

Overnight co-leader Sean Crocker (70) of the USA finished fourth at 10-under alongside Englishmen Matthew Jordan (69) and Ross McGowan (69).

Italian Renato Paratore (71), who co-led after the third round, tied for seventh at 9-under alongside England's Marcus Armitage (66), Scotland's Calum Hill (66) and compatriot Guido Migliozzi (65).
