Michael Kim remained bogey-free on Thursday for a share of the lead alongside fellow American Chase Seiffert after carding 7-under 65s.

“Absolutely stoked,” said Seiffert. “We have wonderful conditions. I came out of the gates really putting well. That got my round off to a nice start. It seemed like every time I missed the green, it was an easy up-and-down. Just kind of stress-free golf.”

Kim, who won the 2018 John Deere Classic, has since made only 15 cuts in 75 starts on the PGA Tour.

Fellow American Ryan Brehm lies one shot back in third place followed by Thailand's Kiradech Aphibarnrat and Australia's Aaron Baddeley in fourth at 5-under.
