Saturday's third round was cancelled at the Volvo China Open due to thunder and lightning in Shenzhen.

The event will now be a 54-hole tournament with the third and final round played on Sunday in a two tee, three ball format with the Sebastian Söderberg, Paul Waring and Guido Migliozzi heading out in the final group at 9.50am.

Play was initially suspended at 8.18am local time with two groups already under way. Practice facilities were closed one hour later before the third round was cancelled at 2.11pm.
