Aphrodite Hills Resort is gearing up to welcome 28 teams of golfers from across Europe for four days of friendly competition, camaraderie, and top-notch golf at the renowned Aphrodite Hills Team Cup.
Running from September 24-28, and coinciding with the 2025 Ryder Cup in New York, this year’s event gives players their own chance to shine under the Mediterranean sun while Europe’s elite take centre stage across the Atlantic.
The Main Event will see 21 teams of four compete, open to both professional and amateur male golfers. A three-day Seniors Division tournament will feature seven teams of players aged 55 and over, while a two-day Ladies Pairs Division completes the line-up for female competitors.
Golfers will tackle a variety of formats across the week, from AM/AM and fourball betterball to greensomes and individual Stableford. At the end, the overall winners will lift the Team Cup and earn free entry into next year’s event. The over-55s champions will receive the Silver Division Trophy.
Off the course, participants and their guests can enjoy cocktail receptions, gala awards dinners, morning practice sessions, giveaways, and exclusive access to the acclaimed Cabell B. Robinson-designed 18-hole championship course, home of PGA National Cyprus. A practice round on September 24 gets the week off to the perfect start.
To mark one of the resort’s highlight events, Aphrodite Hills has put together an exclusive stay-and-play offer. Rental apartments are available from €153 per night, making a four-night (or longer) stay during the Team Cup excellent value.
