The headline addition is the launch of the Turnberry Summer Series, a five-event competition introduced following the strong reception to the resort’s Winter Series. Running monthly from May to September on the King Robert the Bruce Course, the series will be contested as a two-person betterball Stableford and is open to both men and women with a maximum playing handicap of 28 on the day.
Each monthly winner will secure a place in a season-ending Grand Final on the Ailsa Course with the strongest-performing runner-up across the series also progressing. Scheduled for October 6, the final offers competitors the chance to close the summer on a championship layout consistently ranked among the finest links courses in the world.

The wider 2026 schedule delivers a balanced mix of individual and team competitions aimed primarily at Scottish club golfers while remaining accessible to visitors travelling from further afield. The season gets under way in April with the Turnberry Masters Friday on the Ailsa before play shifts to the King Robert the Bruce Course for a busy stretch in May and June featuring a Texas Scramble a popular Father’s Day two-man event and the opening Summer Series qualifiers.
