- Jeeno Thitikul leads the LOTTE Championship by three strokes at 17-under.
- Polly Mack and Ina Yoon share second place at 14-under.
- Thitikul is seeking her fourth LPGA Tour victory of 2026.
Jeeno Thitikul moved three strokes clear at the LOTTE Championship on Saturday, shooting a 5-under 67 at Hoakalei Country Club to strengthen her bid for a fourth LPGA Tour victory of the season.
The 23-year-old Thai, ranked second in the world, reached 17-under 199 with one round remaining in Hawaii. She has already won the Honda LPGA Thailand, Mizuho Americas Open and Standard Portland Classic this year.
Thitikul had shared the halfway lead with Polly Mack at 12-under, with neither player having dropped a shot through 36 holes. Her first bogey of the week came at the par-4 7th on Saturday after finding water.
Birdies at the 10th, 11th and 12th were followed by four pars before she finished birdie-birdie at the par-4 17th and par-5 18th.
“It’s not a course that you just sit down and hope for everyone not catching you,” Thitikul said. “You have to go far away from them, too.”
“I think the wind kind of less than what I expected to be,” she said. “That’s why it’s kind of easier for us. I think my irons pretty good the past few days. Hopefully, tomorrow going to be like this, too.”
Mack and Yoon Lead the Chase
Mack shot a 2-under 70 to finish alongside South Korea’s Ina Yoon at 14-under. The German is enjoying a sharp change in fortunes; a run of eight straight missed cuts was followed by a tied 64th at last week’s Walmart NW Arkansas Championship.
“I’m just looking forward to a great Sunday, good momentum,” Mack said. “I know I have it in me to just put on a good show out there.”
Yoon carded a 69 to remain within three strokes of Thitikul. Sweden’s Maja Stark matched the leader’s 67 and shares fourth place at 13-under with Italy’s Carolina Melgrati, who shot 70.
Lilia Vu’s bogey-free 66 moved her to 12-under alongside Japan’s Miyu Yamashita and China’s Michelle Zhang, who returned rounds of 69 and 70 respectively.
Cooper Climbs With a 64
Hailee Cooper surged into the top-10 with a bogey-free 8-under 64, making three consecutive birdies on both her front and back nines.
The 26-year-old American had holed a 30-foot birdie putt during Friday’s bogey-free 68 to reach the 3-under cut line.
“This year has been really, really hard, really tough,” Cooper said. “I was playing really well the last couple events but just wasn’t coming together, so kind of my last hurrah trying to do well.”
