US captain Angela Stanford has selected Lindy Duncan alongside Megan Khang and Rose Zhang to complete her 12-player team for the 2026 Solheim Cup.
The picks were confirmed after the qualification period ended at the CPKC Women’s Open. Duncan will make her debut, while Khang is set for a fifth appearance and Zhang will play for the third consecutive edition.
“I’m so proud and excited for this group,” Stanford said. “Now, we are ready to get to the Netherlands and represent the Red, White & Blue.”
Duncan earns first Solheim Cup appearance
Duncan, 35, becomes the oldest American debutante since Nancy Scranton made her first appearance at age 39 in 2000. She joins automatic qualifier Auston Kim as one of two rookies on Stanford’s team.
The LPGA Tour player held the second qualifying spot available through the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings for almost two months. She dropped out of that spot after The Standard Portland Classic, but her form over the past two seasons was enough to earn Stanford’s backing.
Duncan has recorded 14 top-25 finishes during that period, including a tie for seventh at the 2026 HSBC Women’s World Championship.

Khang brings an unbeaten run
Khang returns with an overall Solheim Cup record of seven wins, three defeats and three ties from 13 matches. She was also among the unbeaten Americans at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in 2024.
The 28-year-old is 7-0-1 across her past eight matches in the competition. That sequence began with her singles victory over Sophia Popov at Inverness in 2021 and spans the past three editions.
Khang has produced 12 top-25 finishes over the past two LPGA Tour seasons, most recently tying for 12th at the 2026 Mizuho Americas Open.

Zhang returns after dominant 2024 performance
Zhang, 23, won all four of her matches in 2024, with none reaching the 17th hole. She partnered Lauren Coughlin to a 3-and-2 foursomes victory before combining with Andrea Lee for four-ball wins by 5 and 4 and 6 and 4. Zhang then defeated Carlota Ciganda 6 and 4 in singles.
Her 2026 season has included six top-25 finishes, including a tie for eighth at The Standard Portland Classic.
Stanford’s 12-player team
Nelly Korda, Angel Yin, Jennifer Kupcho, Yealimi Noh, Auston Kim, Lauren Coughlin and Allisen Corpuz qualified through the US points standings. Andrea Lee and Alison Lee secured the two available places through the Rolex Rankings.
The Solheim Cup will be played at Bernardus in the Netherlands from September 11–13. The Kyle Phillips-designed course is being prepared to provide firm, fast and strategic conditions for the 20th edition of the contest.
