BGL is introducing a Summer Pass for the 2026 school holidays that gives families six weeks of unlimited adventure golf, a driving-range experience and discounted food and drink.
The pass is available at five venues in England: Abbey Hill Golf Centre in Milton Keynes, Hoebridge Golf Centre in Woking, Ramsdale Park Golf Centre in Nottingham, Sidcup Family Golf in Kent and GolfPlex in Bracknell.
Summer Pass prices and benefits
Family passes start at £50 and cover up to four people. Abbey Hill and Ramsdale Park publish a £50 family rate, while Hoebridge, Sidcup and GolfPlex list their family passes at £60. Adult and child passes are also available, with prices varying by venue.
Alongside unlimited adventure golf, each pass includes one redeemable driving-range experience. Venue information describes this as a one-hour session for up to four people. Pass holders also receive 30% off food and drink during the validity period, although local terms differ over whether the discount covers all drinks or soft drinks only.
The promotion runs through the summer holiday period until 1 September 2026.
Adventure golf as an introduction to golf
BGL is presenting adventure golf as an introduction to the wider game. Children can become comfortable holding a club and aiming at targets before moving to the range, where they can experience full shots without the demands of playing a course.
Stephen Brown, BGL’s chief operating officer, said the format could make that progression less intimidating:
“By combining unlimited adventure golf with a driving range experience, we’re encouraging families to take that next step together in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether children are picking up a club for the very first time or parents are rediscovering the game alongside them, we want to make golf as accessible and enjoyable as possible.”
The participating centres have facilities for players who want to continue. Hoebridge has a 29-bay Trackman range and three courses, while Ramsdale Park offers a par-three layout alongside its full 18-hole Seely Course. Sidcup has a 46-bay Toptracer range and two dinosaur-themed crazy golf courses.
Lower-cost activity during the holidays
The pass forms part of BGL’s “We Save, You Save” campaign, through which the operator says it is passing Government VAT savings to customers. The repeat visits give families an alternative to paying separately for each holiday visit.
The Summer Pass gives families six weeks to return to adventure golf, with the included range session providing a practical next step for children ready to try conventional golf.
