Casey Jarvis of South Africa plays their second shot on the fifth hole on day one of the Investec South African Open Championship 2026 at Stellenbosch Golf Club

Casey Jarvis fired four birdies and one bogey to close with a 3-under 67 and win his second consecutive DP World Tour title at the Investec South African Open Championship.

“I feel on top of the world in this moment. I feel absolutely incredible,” said Jarvis. “To win in front of my home crowd in my home Open is just absolutely fantastic, I’ve got no words!

“There’s so many good memories [of this event]. Brandon Stone, who’s a good friend of mine, I watched him when I was about 10 years old and watched him win the SA Open.

“I just had a slight feeling from the start of the week that something crazy was going to happen and it’s incredible.”

He is the eighth consecutive South African player to win at the Investec South African Open Championship.

With this win, the South African qualified for entry into the Masters and the 154th Open Championship.

Jarvis, who won his first title at last week’s Kenya Magical Open, is the third player to record multiple wins this season following fellow South African Jayden Schaper and Patrick Reed of the USA.

Tied in second place at 11-under are Italy’s Francesco Laporta who made three birdies and two bogeys for a 69, South African Hennie Du Plessis who made three bogeys in his 69 and France’s Frédéric Lacroix whose 65 featured an eagle at the par-5 5th and a double bogey at the par-4 10th.

Du Plessis also secured the $100,000 bonus courtesy of the Course Record Presented by Nexo for his of seven-under 63 on Friday.

England’s Eddie Pepperell carded a bogey-free 64 to round out the top-5 at 10-under.
