Daniel Brown has won his maiden DP World Tour title in his 20th start with a five-shot win at the ISPS HANDA World Invitational presented by AVIV Clinics.
"It feels amazing. I could never have dreamed this up in the past however many years and months."
The Englishman, who made his Tour debut at the 2015 KLM Open, did not return to the DP World Tour for seven years, playing on the EuroPro Tour and European Challenge Tour in the meantime.
Brown had led since his opening 64 and started the final day with a six-shot lead. He was down to a two-shot lead on the back nine but birdied three of his final four holes for a 69 to close with a 15-under, 266 total.
"It was just a matter of just trying to compose myself again after 11, 12 and 13. I enjoyed the walk down 18 as well, which is nice because it's probably quite rare to enjoy that much of a lead walking down the last.”
Alex Fitzpatrick carded a final 68 to finish second at 10-under followed by fellow Englishman Eddie Pepperell in third place at 7-under.
South Africa's Wilco Nienaber (73), England's John Parry (71), Spain's Adrian Otaegui (72), Scotland's Connor Syme (68) and Denmark's Marcus Helligkilde (65) finished fourth at 5-under.
