Amundi Evian Championship Increases 2026 Purse to $9.1 Million

The fourth women’s major of the LPGA season offers a $1.1 million increase on last year’s prize fund, with the winner set to collect $1.365 million at Evian Resort Golf Club this week.

The Amundi Evian Championship confirmed its 2026 purse has risen to $9.1 million, with the winner earning $1.365 million. The 32nd edition of the major runs from 9-12 July at Evian Resort Golf Club in Ɖvian-les-Bains, France.

The increase represents a $1.1 million jump from the $8 million purse offered in 2025. Tournament officials attributed the growth to continued support from its Sponsors’ Club, which includes Amundi, evian, Danone and Rolex, with Hyosung Group added for 2026.

Where Evian Sits Among Women’s Majors

The increase puts Evian’s purse below the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and US Women’s Open, which sit at $12.5 million and $13 million totals respectively.

Field and Defending Champion

Grace Kim returns as defending champion after her 2025 victory, which earned $1.2 million from last year’s smaller pool. She is joined by a 132-player field that includes Nelly Korda, Charley Hull, Lottie Woad, Jeeno Thitikul, Haeran Ryu and Ruoning Yin.

Korda, who has already won two majors in 2026, enters as the pre-tournament betting favourite. Hull and Woad give England strong representation at a venue that has historically suited European players.

Course and Format

The par-71 layout at Evian Resort Golf Club measures 6,504 yards. The championship is played over 72 holes of stroke play with a cut after two rounds.
