Min Woo Lee opened with a 6-under 65 in Australia for a share of the lead alongside fellow Australians John Lyras and Jason Scrivener in the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship.

"It was awesome," said Lee. "Very solid.

"One mistake, a bad drive on the tenth, but other than that it was a very solid day approach-wise and off the tee and a very good day on the greens.

"So, if I can do that the next few days, it will be very nice."

Australians Adam Scott, Peter Cooke, Brad Kennedy and Anthony Quayle are tied at 5-under alongside South Korea's Jeunghun Wang.
