Keita Nakajima signed for a 68 to reach 18-under and take a four-shot lead at 18-under into the weekend at the Hero Indian Open.

A win on Sunday would make him the fifth Japanese winner in DP World Tour history and the third in less than seven months.

"One more day," he said. "I will try my best. Keep the same tempo, all the same, just keep going.

"I feel very confident in my game. My ball-striking and swing has been pretty good this week.

"I had great experiences in my amateur career, but I’m a professional now. I played the Japan Tour last year and a few other events where I played well, great experience. I’ll just keep going."

Malaysia's Gavin Green carded a bogey-free 64 featuring an eagle at the par-5 8th to move into a share of the lead at 14-under alongside France's Romain Langasque who closed with a 70.

Italy's Matteo Manassero produced five birdies and three bogeys for a 70 and lies in a share of fourth place at 13-under alongside France's Jeon weon Ko who signed for a colourful card after an eagle at the par-5 8th, five birdies, two bogeys and a double bogey at the par-4 7th for a 69.
