How to Watch the 2026 US Open at Shinnecock Hills: Full TV Schedule, Streaming & Digital Coverage Guide

The USGA has built its most expansive digital package yet for the 126th US Open.

Rory McIlroy plays his tee shot at the 10th hole during a practice round ahead of the 2026 US Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, N.Y.

The 126th US Open at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, N.Y., runs June 18–21 with the USGA’s most extensive remote-viewing package to date: more than 46 hours of live broadcast coverage across NBC and its platforms, a shot-tracking tool covering every player in the field, and a redesigned app that generates AI round recaps within minutes of each player signing their scorecard.

“We want fans everywhere to feel like they have a front-row seat,” said Jon Podany, the USGA’s chief commercial officer. “We’ve built a digital experience that ensures no moment, and no player, goes uncovered.”

USGA App for the 2026 US Open

Peacock All-Access and Free Streaming

Nearly 25 hours of US Open All-Access, a whip-around format comparable to the NFL’s Red Zone, will stream exclusively on Peacock. Sky Sports’ US Open coverage will also be available as a dedicated Peacock stream on Saturday and Sunday.

Featured Groups coverage, presented by American Express, is available for all four rounds, with morning and afternoon groups each day. Streaming is free on usopen.com and the USGA App. Peacock, YouTube TV, and DirecTV require subscriptions.

ShotCast and the USGA App

ShotCast, powered by Cisco, tracks every shot from every player using the PGA Tour’s ShotLink technology. Available on the app and web, it includes dynamic shot trails, radar data, 3D hole imagery, green views, and video highlights, letting fans follow play live or catch up after a round.

The USGA App, built by Deloitte, introduces “Your US Open,” a personalized feed of insights and highlights tied to fans’ favorite players. For the first time, every player in the field will receive an AI-generated round recap in their profile within minutes of finishing. The app also features a redesigned tee-time display, an updated statistics hub, and live leaderboard access from the iPhone lock screen via Live Activities.

A dedicated section called “The Course” lets fans explore all 18 holes of William Flynn’s design through hole-by-hole scatter plots and real-time data on how Shinnecock Hills is playing.

Range, Radio, and More

RangeCast, presented by T-Mobile, provides live and on-demand 3D shot tracking from the practice range on usga.org and the USGA App, with full ball-flight data and championship statistics.

Golf Channel’s “Live From the US Open” began Monday, June 15, with 36 hours of studio coverage across the week. SiriusXM will broadcast 22 hours of live play on US Open Radio (Channel 92) from Thursday through Sunday.

The championship is being broadcast to nearly 210 countries and territories, with the American Forces Network carrying coverage to US military installations worldwide. Live coverage from Shinnecock Hills is underway.
